Satyajit Jha

An experienced business leader driving strategy, teams and processes in general management capacities for 25+ years, Satyajit brings a rich blend of industry experience across consumer, manufacturing and services sectors. Having worked in sales and marketing vertical, he made significant contributions to other functions and processes and rose to position of leading businesses. He carries a rich experience in sectors like consumer goods, beverages, financial products and telecom and led large teams across functions like Finance, HR, manufacturing, supply chain and R&D. He has worked with industry leaders like Jubilant, Tata Teleservices, Pernod Ricard, Asian Paints, Pepsi, Kotak and United Spirits.

Satyajit has a deep understanding of leadership priorities in driving organizational goals and objectives, strategy, brands, processes, operations and most importantly the human resources. Before launching NorthStar Consulting, he worked for Sheffield Haworth, an international executive search firm as the Executive Director, heading the consumer vertical business.

Satyajit is a full-time MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), 1991, and an Economics (Hons) graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi.

Sheetal Khadtale

Sheetal is an established executive search professional, specialising in developing and delivering candidate sourcing techniques across FMCG, Retail, e-Commerce, Telecom, Medical Devices, Mining, Real Estate and BFSI sectors. She has worked extensively for positions spanning Marketing, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Legal & Compliance as well as for Human Resources functions across all levels including mid to senior management. She has demonstrated an ability to perform comprehensive industry mapping to identify local and international talent to meet the specific skill and capability requirements sought by client organisations. She has worked in providing broader talent solutions in areas like talent assessment, executive coaching and training.

Sheetal started her career with Hutchison Max in customer service. She then worked extensively with Positive Moves Consultants and Cortal Global as an Executive Search Professional.

Sheetal did her Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Industrial Psychology from Mumbai University.

Lavanya S Jain

Lavanya brings to the table a rich amalgam of experiences in HR practices and the search function. Starting her career with an HR Consulting agency not only exposed her to training methodologies, performance management systems and employee evaluation, but also put her firmly on the path to carrying out talent search and placements. From HR Consulting, she moved on to working with corporates where she got a wide experience in HR systems, organizational practices and talent development. She worked with TERI and Siemens Information Systems at this time.

Lavanya then shifted to full-time executive placement projects working with market leaders in FMCG, IT, BFSI/NBFCs and BPOs placing talent across a range of requirements spanning functions like sales, marketing, technology, finance and operations heads.

Lavanya did her graduation in Economics (Hons) from Delhi University followed by an MBA in HR from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad.

Zainab Nalwala

Having built a career servicing varied industries and diverse requirements in the recruitment business for the past 12 years, Zainab has developed a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the industry. A hands-on professional who has cut her teeth in the hiring business, she is well-versed with the entire gamut of the recruitment process including sourcing, selection, mapping and client relationship.
